Showcasing Shines At Royal Ascot

As far as racing carnivals go, Royal Ascot is one of the pinnacles and it has been fantastic to once again see the success of former Haunui Farm stallion Showcasing (GB) (Oasis Dream) on one of racing's biggest stages.

Showcasing is no stranger to Royal Ascot success with his roll of honour headed by multiple Group One winning filly Quiet Reflection (GB) (Showcasing) who claimed the G1 Commonwealth Cup the year before last. And whilst he may not be making the trip south to Haunui Farm this season, Showcasing still played his part at Royal Ascot this year ending the meeting with his first two-year-old success at the famous track with Soldier’s Call (GB) (Showcasing) was victorious in the Listed Windsor Castle Stakes.

This success followed an impressive effort by Advertise (GB) (Showcasing) in the G2 Coventry Stakes. At just his second start, Advertise finished runner-up to the now Guineas favourite Calyx (GB) (Kingman) in what is arguably the feature 2YO race of the week.

With two further crops by Showcasing yet to hit the sale ring in the Southern Hemisphere, it further underpins his international appeal.
