Haunui Farm shuttle stallion Iffraaj added another Group One winner to his CV over the weekend when Jungle Cat won the Al Quoz Sprint in Dubai.

The Godolphin runner came from off the pace to beat the American raiders Stormy Liberal and Conquest Tsunami by half a length.

Jungle Cat is now the winner of seven of his 30 starts, having previously won the Gr. 2 Al Fahidi Fort Stakes at Meydan.

Iffraaj has now sired nine Group One winners, with Jungle Cat joining Ribchester (Queen Anne Stakes, Lockinge Stakes, Prix Jacques Le Marois), Turn Me Loose (New Zealand 2000 Guineas, Emirates Stakes, Futurity Stakes), Gingernuts (New Zealand Derby, Rosehill Guineas, Windsor Park Plate), Rizeena (Coronation Stakes, Moyglare Stud Stakes), Chriselliam (Fillies’ Mile, Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf), Jon Snow (Australian Derby), Benvenue (Gran Premio di Milano) and Wootton Bassett (Prix Jean-Luc Largardere).
